The presidential candidates classified by leadership style: The conciliator
The conciliator:
- He is a leader who tends to build bridges of debate between all the components of society.
- He is someone who seeks to collaborate with everyone for the good of the nation.
- He is someone who goes beyond individual differences, concentrates on what unites a people and not on what divides them.
- He tends to lose sight of the objective set
- He seems not to be aware of the constraints that accompany the completion of projects
- He tends to privilege relationships of trust at the expense of competence.
-> This style of leadership is best suited in times of tension, discord or polarization. However, it would be dangerous to use it exclusively, because the president is called to be firm, by targeted decision-making, in a timely manner
