4DLH has just signed a series of strategic partnerships with several government institutions and
international NGOs. The aim is to support change management and reorganization projects within the
public service. Some of these projects are structural in nature; in other words, they focus on the human
element of change, while others encompass the procedural and functional aspects of change projects.
Workshops to redefine new visions, strategies and team structures have been underway since the beginning of May 2021 and are expected to last until 2022.
